Troubleshooting

  • If the wall engine is out of sync follow these step:

    1.Push in the red button located on the wall above the iPad.

    2. Wait a few seconds before pulling it back out. This will restart the computer.

    3. After the computer has restarted, press the “calibrate” button on the screen.

    The wall will re-calibrate, this process will take a few seconds - the wall will move during this process so watch your noggin’! After the wall is done calibrating, you are good to go!

  • Transporting one’s body in a somewhat vertical manner is physically and mentally taxing. As such, you should feel free to enjoy food and drink in the gym so you can climb at your very best.

    But - before you go feasting, we hope you will spare a thought to our cleaning personell and all the other people who use the gym, and that you leave the gym in a state you believe they would like to find it.

    PS! In our most recent survey we found that there are, in fact, very few users who enjoy falling on top of a puddle of Skyr.

  • If you don’t check out, bananas will automatically be withdrawn from your account, so we recommend you keep an eye on your phone (you’ll receive a notification when your booking is close to an end) and the screen in the gym (which tells you have much time you have left).

    If for some reason it has not been possible for you to check out, we recommend you get in touch with customer service and we’ll sort it out for you!

  • The locking mechanism on the door is dependent on internet access. We went for the most stable and secure connection possible, but even the most reliable connection can glitch out.

    If you can’t check in, chances are that the internet connection is momentarily down - waiting a minute or two and trying again tends to resolve the issue. If it doesn’t we recommend that you get in touch with customer service.

  • To book the entire room, you first need to make sure that you have a sufficient amount of OMB currency - aka. bananas.

    Then go to “Book Session”, find an empty time slot and select all six silhouettes (these represent the amount of users you’re booking for). Complete the booking and voila, the gym is all yours!

  • Yes! You can be up to ten people. Just try to fall onto the mats - not each other. (Yes, even though you’re into that sort of thing).

  • Any bookings you’ve made can be changed in the app 24 hrs before your scheduled session.

  • Yes. If you book the whole gym you are allowed to bring your own alcohol. Make sure to book all available sports in your desired timeslot. If you are having issues with booking all spots, feel free to contact us by mail or DM and we will gladly help you out.
